Step off the jet in Bali and onto a Western-standard superyacht for a week of private cruising into Komodo. We act as charter director and local fixers, pairing you with vetted yachts and building the route around your calendar.
The fleet
This is not a shared phinisi cabin cruise. Both of these are chartered whole, fully crewed, and run to international standards.
Typically 35–60m+
International-standard fit-out, four to seven guest staterooms, and a master with king bed and full en-suite.
30–50m, 4–8 suites
Traditional wooden hulls built specifically as liveaboards, with contemporary hotel-standard interiors behind them.

What a charter at this level normally carries. The specifics are confirmed against the individual yacht before you sign anything.
Handled but charged separately
Dive courses and equipment rental, Komodo park and ranger fees, and helicopter or fixed-wing logistics sit outside the charter fee. We coordinate all of them; aviation is subject to airframe, permits and weather.
Where it goes further
We hold direct relationships with captains and management companies, so the yacht is crewed and waiting with the toys rigged and the tender schedule already briefed.
The route
Longer and looser than the shared four-day product. At this level we slow it down and build in empty anchorages alongside the headline stops.
Day 1–2
Board at Benoa Harbour, or by tender off Serangan. An afternoon coastal cruise, an optional sunset run past Nusa Penida and Lembongan, then overnight under way or at anchor off Senggigi.
Day 3–4
Morning tenders to the Gili area for shallow-reef snorkelling and sunrise paddleboarding, then east to West Sumbawa for quiet bays, surf stops and fishing.
Day 5–7
The Padar ridge at sunrise or sunset, Pink Beach for snorkelling and beach setups, Manta Point drifts on slack tide, and a ranger-guided trek on Rinca or Komodo.
Day 8–10
Quiet bays for wall snorkelling away from day-boat traffic, sand-spit lunches with a full beach setup, and a final night at anchor off Labuan Bajo.
The yacht runs mostly at night or early morning, so your days stay on the toys and the locations rather than on transit. Rangers and local guides are mandatory inside designated park zones.
Cost structure
Quoted by the week for the whole vessel. The base fee is only the first line, and we would rather you saw the rest of them before the proposal arrives.

Driven by length, build and pedigree, motor yacht against phinisi superyacht, guest count and cabin configuration, time of year, and whether a repositioning leg is involved.

A good part of this work is what does not happen: who knows the yacht is there, who meets it, and how little of the week reaches anyone outside the party. We brief the crew accordingly before you board.
Roughly $80,000 to $250,000 and above for the vessel, plus an APA of 25 to 35 per cent of that fee. Length, build, guest count, season and any repositioning leg are the variables.
The advance provisioning allowance is a float the captain spends on fuel, food and beverage, port and park fees during the charter. It is reconciled at the end and the unspent balance returns to you.
Yes. We arrange a fast boat or private transfer and pick you up yacht-side off Bangsal Harbour or the Senggigi coast. Guests already on Gili Trawangan or Gili Air usually join via Bangsal.
It can, but a circular itinerary means extra steaming time and fuel and therefore a higher budget. We say so at proposal stage rather than after. Most charters end in Labuan Bajo with a transfer to the airport.
Two to four, each with a profile sheet, a sample seven to ten day itinerary and an estimated total spend covering the charter fee and the APA band.

Process
You or your assistant sends dates, approximate group size, preferred yacht style — all-motor or phinisi — and an indicative budget.
We present two to four suitable yachts with profile sheets, sample itineraries and an estimated total spend including the APA band.
We refine the route across Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, Padar, Pink Beach, Manta Point and Labuan Bajo. You complete a guest preference sheet for food, drink and activities.
We issue the MYBA-style or owner contract. A deposit secures the dates; balance and APA fall due as the charter agreement sets out.
We lock in flights, transfers, VIP arrival services and any helicopter or special-event setups before you land.
You arrive to a briefed crew, a prepared yacht and a daily plan that still flexes around conditions and your energy.
