What to send so the first answer is useful
It takes about five minutes to write and saves a round of guessing. Anything missing we will simply ask for.

- 02 Group size, including the ages of any children
- 03 Style of stay: private villa, resort suite, liveaboard, or a mix
- 04 What the week is for — diving, Rinjani, honeymoon privacy, family, Komodo
- 05 An indicative nightly budget
- 06 Flight numbers, if you want the transfer arranged at the same time
Why the budget helps
So the shortlist is properties you would actually book. Without a figure the first proposal is a guess, and the second one is the real one — which costs you a day.
Where it goes further

The fastest route. Best for quick questions, availability checks and anything time-sensitive — a delayed flight, a change of plan halfway through the week.
Better for a detailed brief, a group booking, or anything with attachments: flight confirmations, guest lists, a planner spreadsheet.
Desk hours
The desk runs 9AM–6PM WITA. A message sent outside those hours is picked up the next working morning, and a first proposal usually lands within 24 hours.

We come back with a shortlist, a draft itinerary and indicative pricing, usually within 24 hours.
Booking
You confirm what you want. We secure availability and send the final schedule, typically in one to three days.
While you are here
The same thread stays live for transfers, changes and anything that moves during the trip.
All pricing in the first proposal is indicative. Final rates depend on season and availability, and are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
As of 2026, the best villas and liveaboard cabins for the June–September dry season and the year-end holidays are usually reserved two to four months out. Shoulder-season trips can often be arranged within a few weeks.
Yes — villa-plus-cruise is one of the most requested itineraries. Pick the sailing dates first and we build the land portion around them.
Yes. Private transfers from Lombok International (LOP), fast-boat connections to the Gilis and harbour runs for cruises are built into every itinerary we design.
No public office is published for this desk. Everything is handled by message, which is also why the same thread can follow you from the first question to the last transfer.
