Why we ask for the flight number
Because the pickup is tracked against your actual landing. Booking a fixed time slot instead is how guests end up paying waiting time for a delay that was never theirs.

How to book

Flight number and arrival time, pickup or drop-off point, passengers and luggage, and whether you need a boat connection or a day-hire.
Vehicle and rate
The desk replies with the vehicle class, an indicative rate and any onward boat schedule that fits your flight.
Driver before you fly
Once confirmed you get the driver's name and contact ahead of landing, so there is a direct line if the flight slips.
Meet at arrivals
Your driver is inside the terminal with a name board. From there it is a direct run to the villa, the resort or the harbour.

For touring beyond one transfer, the same vehicle and driver can be booked by the day. It is the simplest way to cover a multi-stop day without negotiating a fare at every stop.

Onward by sea
Fast boats to the Gilis, and the harbour runs
Guests continuing to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air or Gili Meno — or across to Sumbawa and the Komodo route — can have the transfer, the harbour drop-off and the boat ticket handled as one itinerary.

Drive times move with traffic and the exact address. As a guide, south Lombok and Mandalika are closest, often under an hour; Senggigi and the north-west coast run longer. Harbour transfers for the Gili crossing add more again.
